What is Loratadine/Pseudoephedrine and what is it used for?
This medication contains a combination of Loratadine, an antihistamine, and Pseudoephedrine, a decongestant. It helps relieve symptoms associated with allergic rhinitis such as nasal and sinus congestion, sneezing, runny nose, and watery, itchy eyes.
Do not take Loratadine/Pseudoephedrine if you have:
- Allergy to any of the ingredients in this medicine.
- Glaucoma or difficulty passing urine.
- Severe high blood pressure or severe blood vessel disease.
- An overactive thyroid gland.
Warnings and precautions:
Consult your doctor if you have eye problems, stomach ulcers, intestinal obstruction, prostate issues, or heart disease. Be cautious if you are over 60 years old.
Possible side effects:
Side effects may include trouble sleeping, dry mouth, headache, sleepiness, nervousness, dizziness, and fatigue.
How to take Loratadine/Pseudoephedrine:
The recommended dose for adults and children over 12 years is one tablet every 12 hours. Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.

Keep this medicine out of the sight and reach of children, in a cool dry place, and do not store it in the bathroom or near a sink.
