Hold the nozzle at least 15 cm (6 inches) from the pain site and spray in 2-3 short bursts. No massage is required. Protect the face when spraying around the neck and shoulders. Repeat up to 3 times a day and wash hands immediately after use. Do not inhale. Always read the label.
