Curam Antibiotic Suspension for Children
Curam antibiotic Suspension 457 MG is a penicillin-type antibiotic that helps your body fight infections caused by bacteria. It is used to treat infections of the lungs (e.g., pneumonia), ear, nasal sinus, urinary tract, skin, and soft tissue.
Indications for Use
This medication is effective against various bacterial infections including:
- Pneumonia
- Ear infections

- Dental infections
Dosage for Children
The dosage depends on the child's health and the need for the medication. For children under 3 months, the recommended dose is 30 mg for every 1 kg of body weight per day, divided into two doses every 12 hours.
Common Side Effects
Common side effects include diarrhea, nausea, skin rash, vomiting, and changes in tooth color. If symptoms persist for more than a week, consult a doctor immediately.
Contraindications
Do not use if allergic to any components of the medication or to penicillin or cephalosporin antibiotics.
