Indications: It is used for regular treatment of asthma where a combination of inhaled corticosteroids and long-acting β2-adrenoceptor agonists is appropriate.
Usage: It is suitable for patients not adequately controlled with inhaled corticosteroids and “as needed” inhaled short-acting β2-adrenoceptor agonists, or those already adequately controlled on both inhaled corticosteroids and long-acting β2-adrenoceptor agonists.
